Exercise in pairs is the performance of exercises of opposite muscle groups using each other's body weight. Exercises are combined to increase the effectiveness of training and create a better metabolic advantage. Exercising in pairs is definitely fun and helps you develop your imagination and creativity but also to tune in emotionally to each other!
